This Weekend’s Cakes 4/26/14- Camo Baby Shower and Dr.Suess

I always love when I get to do a baby shower cake and my favorite is the baby bottom cake. No matter what the design or theme they are always fun to make.

This particular baby bottom cake’s theme was camouflage/hunting, a design that always seems to give me a hard time. Despite that I met it head on and I conquered the camo. I also made cupcakes to match topped with camo onesies and little deer antlers.

The other cake I made this weekend was a Dr.Suess 1st Birthday Cake. I’ve made many Suess themed cake/cupcake toppers but until now never had the chance to make a Suess themed cake so I was super excited to do this cake. It was a simple design but turned out so cute.
